Should you need to report a repair within office hours please call 0121 426 4862 or visit the office located at Flat 3 Kendal Tower to report your repair.
For those with the EcoPod heating system, all repairs relating to the heating and hot water must be reported to Birmingham City Council on 0121 216 3330.
Anti Social Behaviour
If you wish to report Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) please do not hesitate to come to the office located in 3 Kendal Tower or call the office, between office hours, on 0121 426 4862.
